Loose management, tight knit group, Good pay, plenty of overtime

Cons

May be forced in to work for months on end, with every 9th day off. Poor hiring practices, they may have qualified candidates but wil choose to let employees work for months with very little time off instead of hiring applicants wanting to work.

Pay is ok and benefits are not worth what the charge

Cons

They work you 24/7 and do not care about your health whatsoever, even if you have FMLA they do not care, constant harassment
