Pros

Training program is decent If you do decide to work here, forget about the 6-4 BS, don't burnout for this place it's not worth it. Networking is there if you are smart Flip a coin on the people you work with, I got lucky. Expect this to be the job you take when you need to retire or are weeks from being homeless

Cons

Responsible for everything but not having the ability to change those things Garbage Pay Long Hours Expect to be the only person in the building that knows what they are doing Lackluster corporate structure Bonus program impossible to achieve Nonexistent Growth If you flipped your coin and got a bad SCM you are screwed. Company's stock is artificially elevated. Berkshire Hathaway owns 9% and went from a buy to a sell in a matter of weeks. Scared of competitors. Expect Home Depot to swallow this company whole in the next couple years.

Pros

My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team.
