Stable company, great team leaders, lots of knowledge and helpful team members throughout my region. Conveys and instills a sense of pride and eagerness to help your team members ensuring that the end result is customer satisfaction.

Cons

Finding that pay is under market value for not only myself but my employees especially. I know that is most likely the number one "Con" so I would like to reiterate that this company is a great place to work

My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team.
