Pros

Relocation allowance if you ask for it before you sign your initial contract, insurance after 3 months, PTO, 401K benefits after 6 months, intense training program. Get to travel to Texas and Louisiana once a month for training at the edge

Cons

Warehouse work all day. Warehouse environment is not professional at all. Salary is not bad but after you compete the program they refuse to give you a pay increase. Depending on your branch you can work longer than 8:00 am to 4:30 pm... sometimes even starting at 5:30am

Pros

My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team. I hope to continue being a part of this great company and, of course, to climb many more rungs up the ladder. THANK YOU POOLCORP!!!

Sometimes a little more cohesion and teamwork are needed.
