      Relocation and advancement opportunities, PoolCorp highly values advancement from within PoolCorp is extremely supportive of continued education/training for both its' employees and customers Manager in training program for new employees and existing which allows for high visability withing the company and industry as well as quick advancement. In-house supporting departments (HR, Legal, Marketing, IT, Accounting, Fleet, Safety ect.) Engaged upper-management 401k match, employee stock purchase, bonus opportunities, ect. Some travel Top notch company morals/values

      Seasonal industry leads to long summer hours, few, if any, vacation time in the summer

      My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team. I hope to continue being a part of this great company and, of course, to climb many more rungs up the ladder. THANK YOU POOLCORP!!!
