The people in leadership positions are amazing. Even the customers are great The company and team at the edge set you up for success. Realistic expectations and motivating team. After working for a company that didn’t care for their employees. I appreciate working in a happy environment, the patience and overall culture within the company.

My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team.
