-Well rounded introductory management program -Excellent networking opportunities -Very fast track to Branch Manager, if you excel at your initial placement as an Ops Mgr. or Business Develop. Rep -Solid company in a stable industry that you can build a career and life around -Excellent benefits i.e Healthcare, 401K matching, ESPP, PTO

Cons

-Getting promoted above Branch Manager is difficult given the low number of upper management positions, it's possible, but it takes great effort and 5-10 years of patience

My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team. I hope to continue being a part of this great company and, of course, to climb many more rungs up the ladder. THANK YOU POOLCORP!!!
