Pros

The work experience is great. People at cororate are awesome and very helpful. Safety dept. is an great help and really seems to care.

Cons

Most people that have been here for a very long time do not like change. Some upper manager do not care about field employees. Pay is not worth the hassel.

Pros

My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team. I hope to continue being a part of this great company and, of course, to climb many more rungs up the ladder. THANK YOU POOLCORP!!!

Sometimes a little more cohesion and teamwork are needed.
