Pros

Relaxed industry and atmosphere, strong field employees and field managers, great learning experience and a good stepping stone. Ability to move from "the new guy" to a respected team member quickly.

Cons

Middle and upper management flat out doesn't care about you. The company claims to value its people but is often ruled by large egos and and personal inefficiencies. There is always a fresh crowd of new trainees eager to fill in as soon as you burn out.

My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team. I hope to continue being a part of this great company and, of course, to climb many more rungs up the ladder. THANK YOU POOLCORP!!!
