MIT training program if you can get in and branch level employees are cool people to work with

Cons

Long hours. Salary is not competitive. Not a lot of room for advancement unless you stay and suffer the sub-par salary for 10 years. Bonus is not worth it and after the pandemic nobody has gotten a pay raise, most companies have recognized this and adapted. They will sell you a dream, its a nightmare. Policies and principles are not followed by senior management. Most people telling you what you should be doing are so far removed from the field it hurts. Branches the last 2 years have blown over their sales goals by millions and YOU WONT BENEFIT.

My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team.
