Pros

Large company great resources. Has favorites within the organization. They do have a good training program which is the MIT.

Cons

HR is a total show, screws you out of jobs. They also don't have a grasp on the green side of the business which is Horizon

Pros

My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team. I hope to continue being a part of this great company and, of course, to climb many more rungs up the ladder. THANK YOU POOLCORP!!!

Sometimes a little more cohesion and teamwork are needed.
