Pros

There are none. Do not work for this company. Owner is the biggest narcissist I have ever come across. The VP has no clue what he is doing.

Cons

Only pro is if your looking for a building block to move up the latter don’t spend more than a year with this company before you do so. Nobody in upper management makes it longer than a year because of the hostile work environment and laws that this company breaks. Plus they take money from you as well.

Fun job, good people to work with

Cons

A lot of stress on one person, upper management is a joke, wants you to make their business successful but won't give you tools needed or pay promised. There's no room to move up. They work you to death until you get fed up, no wonder their turnover is high
