Ridiculous workload. Underpaid. (1 person would do a 3 persons’ jobs). You buy goods based in on owners liking, NOT DATA. Incompetent department heads, they can’t even use excel and power point, they’d ask buyers everything (from sales to stock datasets, as they don’t how to look it themselves). Toxic work culture. Inefficient work habits. Poor directions from Dept. Head and above. Terrible work-life balance, they’d call you 11:30pm, 4am and on your leave / sick days. No transparency on bonus, promotion, salary raise.
