You get lunch / bento everyday.

Cons

Ridiculous workload. Underpaid. (1 person would do a 3 persons’ jobs). You buy goods based in on owners liking, NOT DATA. Incompetent department heads, they can’t even use excel and power point, they’d ask buyers everything (from sales to stock datasets, as they don’t how to look it themselves). Toxic work culture. Inefficient work habits. Poor directions from Dept. Head and above. Terrible work-life balance, they’d call you 11:30pm, 4am and on your leave / sick days. No transparency on bonus, promotion, salary raise.

- High salary compared to other company with the same field - Company has a lot of training sessions for their employee - Complete package of allowance. Health, loans, taxes, etc - Company that always follow the SOP, very well structured - well known and high profile company in Indonesia

Cons

- Runs with private family, to reach C level is so difficult - There's a huge gap between staffs and managers (a few) - corporate that have strict SOP - in operations, there won't be work life balance. Even we're off duty, we still need to pay attention on store and sudden online meetings
