Pros

Good holiday and vacation 4 week. Great coworkers.

Cons

No raises in over 2 years. Strong turn over rate most people leave after 2 years after they fulfill licensing hour requirements, which causes a lot of stress on recovering clients. Management soft threatens job security in order to extrapolate more billing out of already overworked staff. And most people do work at home for free to keep up with the difficult billing requirement (or you resort to bill unethically). You have 4 weeks of vacation but you feel guilty to take it because you worry about billing. Morale is low and almost everyone is looking to leave.

Pros

Great learning experiences, opportunities to network and develop professionally, ample training opportunities, competitive benefits for industry, and good 401k matching.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, processes, and policies are constantly changing, frequent driving, and poor mileage reimbursement rates. Some programs are misleading about role responsibilities during the interview process.
