      Great learning experience for someone who wants to treat multitude of diagnoses. Supportive team environment (I heard not all sites have the supportive environment).

      Great learning experiences, opportunities to network and develop professionally, ample training opportunities, competitive benefits for industry, and good 401k matching.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, processes, and policies are constantly changing, frequent driving, and poor mileage reimbursement rates. Some programs are misleading about role responsibilities during the interview process.
