Pros
I love my coworkers and clients. It is rewarding to watch people get their lives back.
Cons
The productivity/latency demands are impossible for all but a few people agency wide. The care we give our clients is why we're here. The reason so many leave is due most often to the fact that our performance is judged by numbers. In an intensive program our interventions take an emotional toll , documenting within the time constraints required is impossible for most. If you don't keep up you can't get a raise. I have not had a raise of any kind since 2012.
