      -Unrealistic documentation expectations -Too much pressure and focus on billing and latency -High turnover rate because of the above -Compensation is not enough for the amount of work expected

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, processes, and policies are constantly changing, frequent driving, and poor mileage reimbursement rates. Some programs are misleading about role responsibilities during the interview process.
