Pros

Co-workers are nice, some training opportunities, if you are in a program with a good director who can shield you from upper mis-management, you may have a better experience.

Cons

Poor leadership, does not seem to value employees (a lot of firings and little effort to improve morale), very high productivity demands and lower compensation than other organizations, strong emphasis on quantity over quality, company does not seem to really care about clients, unrealistic expectations, message to employees is that you're replaceable-no effort by management to improve conditions, poor quality of clinical supervision

Pros

Great learning experiences, opportunities to network and develop professionally, ample training opportunities, competitive benefits for industry, and good 401k matching.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, processes, and policies are constantly changing, frequent driving, and poor mileage reimbursement rates. Some programs are misleading about role responsibilities during the interview process.
