Disappointed - Peer Partner Pacific Clinics Employee Review

Company is politically correct but not pro employee. If you’re working in a program outside of LA your clients don’t receive the company touted programs and benefits. It’s depressing to attend company meetings and hearing about all the great programs and services they provide knowing that none of them are available for your clients. Staff in the outlieing areas don’t have the same tools or training. Low pay, raises based on minimum wage requirements and cola raises are few and far between.
