Pros

- Working with families and seeing their growth. - The benefits were great - Coworkers (mostly non-management, like other family specialists and other clinicians) were amazing and great to bounce feedback off.

Cons

- Struggling work-life balance - Some supervisors (not all) have favoritism and there was a difference in treatment towards direct service staff. - Some supervisors (not all once again) have a power dynamic going on in the work environment. - Little consideration for their direct service staff’s mental and psychological needs- even if they are meeting note turn-around time and productivity.

Great learning experiences, opportunities to network and develop professionally, ample training opportunities, competitive benefits for industry, and good 401k matching.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, processes, and policies are constantly changing, frequent driving, and poor mileage reimbursement rates. Some programs are misleading about role responsibilities during the interview process.
