Pros

My co-workers were very supportive and great to work with for the 8+ years I was there. i had a couple of good supervisors too.

Cons

I think that the upper management is out of touch with what it is like to be a "front line" staff working with clients directly. They have unrealistic expectations regarding work load and ability to complete paperwork within timelines. The pay is also not as great as others have said it is. It's a non-profit company, what do you expect?

Pros

Great learning experiences, opportunities to network and develop professionally, ample training opportunities, competitive benefits for industry, and good 401k matching.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, processes, and policies are constantly changing, frequent driving, and poor mileage reimbursement rates. Some programs are misleading about role responsibilities during the interview process.
