      Pros

      Great learning experience. I developed a lot of clinical skills. Able to work independently and with a team. Work is rewarding. Supervisor was encouraging.

      Cons

      DMH is tough. Meeting productivity and deadlines can be challenging. But that's true for any DMH agency. I heard from colleagues that pay was not great (I was an unpaid intern).

      Great learning experiences, opportunities to network and develop professionally, ample training opportunities, competitive benefits for industry, and good 401k matching.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, processes, and policies are constantly changing, frequent driving, and poor mileage reimbursement rates. Some programs are misleading about role responsibilities during the interview process.
