Pros

Good employee benefits (medical insurance).

Cons

Very low salary compared to other non-profit. Manager was consistently micromanaging employees, you get assigned with more responsibilities and workload with no pay increase. No career advancement and there is lack of transparencies from the executives. Employees are quitting left and right due to poor and disorganized management after it merged with another agency.

Great learning experiences, opportunities to network and develop professionally, ample training opportunities, competitive benefits for industry, and good 401k matching.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, processes, and policies are constantly changing, frequent driving, and poor mileage reimbursement rates. Some programs are misleading about role responsibilities during the interview process.
