Pros

The experience was what I needed for my next level. Very hands on and filled with opportunities for learning. I liked working with them, co workers are also very friendly and supportive. Lots of on the job training

Cons

I worked for the Head Start division of Pacific Clinics and it was their first year operating. Hence, lots of changes and not yet organized. Low pay for the experience and education required.

Great learning experiences, opportunities to network and develop professionally, ample training opportunities, competitive benefits for industry, and good 401k matching.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, processes, and policies are constantly changing, frequent driving, and poor mileage reimbursement rates. Some programs are misleading about role responsibilities during the interview process.
