Pros
Company attempts to appear to provide equitable compensation.
Cons
Company undervalues its staff while micromanaging their work. Delayed and bare minimum COLA and no performance raises annually using confusing, no raises based on excellent performance reviews claiming “budgeting” issues, and use ever changing and confusing performance review systems. Leaves staff burnt out and frustrated.
