Pros
Paessler has a very good focus on work-life balance. They give a great amount of vacation and are very generous with letting you work how you need to when life happens. They are great at using technology to allow you to work from anywhere at anytime. You're never tied to a desk. The culture and employee comradery is very positive and they make sure you have every change to succeed.
Cons
The salaries aren't as competitive as they were 4-5 years ago. Presently they are in the middle of a big shift with development, and it's creating bottlenecks with their product in terms of developing new features. GDPR is an absolute nightmare, and it's choking the ability for the company be agile. They have great ideas on the roadmap, but the roadmap keeps getting longer and longer.
