Pros

Very easy work life balance. Low expectations from management as they also have little to no drive or power. Easy sales process

Cons

Very low salary with a "team" commission structure. The current CEO's favourite word is "no" and that's it. Extremely outdated software with no engineering team to rebuild it as the competitors blow past its capabilities. Zero professional development.
