Thank you for taking time to share your perspective and experience about working at Paladin. I note that you've been with us for five years, so I appreciate your hanging in with us during one of the most challenging periods of the company's history and the country's rocky economy.
As president of Paladin, I wanted to respond directly to your "stay in your lane" comment. First, thanks for your candor. Without such feedback, we don’t always know what our employees are thinking and feeling about the changes we've been making at Paladin. Changing our corporate strategy and culture from a software development consulting organization to a software products company has brought about some expected and unexpected challenges, and even the positive changes create stress for both employees and management. I definitely want to acknowledge that. At the same time, we all need to be thinking creatively and sharing thoughts and ideas.
Since you wrote your review in June, I hope you've seen positive changes in management's invitation for open and frank discussions about what's working and what needs to change, our evolving organizational structure, and more professional development opportunities.
Our management team is committed to communicating how we're doing as a company. I'll be discussing your comments at our next weekly management meeting, just to be sure all managers are on the same page about open communication, inviting suggestions and feedback, resolving issues quickly, and letting our employees know how much we appreciate your efforts.
Please continue to let us know how we're doing.
