Really fun environment, interview was easy

Hard interview questions i wasn’t prepared for.

Excellent benefits through the county and paid time off. There is plenty of creative freedom when doing library programming and currently there are generous and cool opportunities for professional growth and outreach.

Upper management can be slow to acknolwedge/act on issues and make any substantial changes. Many figures in supervisory positions across the library system display incompetency and lack leadership skills.
