Pros

relaxed atmosphere will work around school schedule nice co-workers

Cons

sometimes nothing to do sometimes flooded with books to shelve sometimes can b very boring shelving for a few hours and we are open can't listen to music

Pros

Excellent benefits through the county and paid time off. There is plenty of creative freedom when doing library programming and currently there are generous and cool opportunities for professional growth and outreach.

Cons

Upper management can be slow to acknolwedge/act on issues and make any substantial changes. Many figures in supervisory positions across the library system display incompetency and lack leadership skills.
