Pros
Uncapped incentives, great culture, great money if you put in a lot of effort, promote internally, more capability of earning more than larger recruitment companies, no micromanagement like larger recruitment firms, very serious group of people about being successful. If you’re not real serious about being successful, then this is not the right company for you.
Cons
If you don't want to put the work in you're not going to do well. You must be okay with being handheld at the beginning until you learn the job and then you will have far more autonomy. You cannot work this job and just skate through without giving it your full effort and fully buying into what they are doing. No one falsely advertises that this is an easy job. But you see direct results from intense effort. In order to be the best, you must be coachable, listen to what the team says and you will be successful.
