My time at this company was overwhelmingly negative due to a deeply toxic environment created by the owner/CEO. His behavior toward employees was consistently demeaning, confrontational, and unprofessional. Verbal outbursts weren’t occasional — they were a normal part of the workday. Employees were routinely spoken to in ways that no one should have to tolerate in a workplace.
The CEO’s obsession with monitoring every detail of what employees were doing went far beyond leadership or oversight. It felt invasive and controlling, creating a constant sense of being watched rather than supported. This level of scrutiny made it nearly impossible to work without anxiety or second guessing every move.
He loved to hear himself talk. He dominated every conversation, shut down input, and made it clear that the only perspective that mattered was his own. Collaboration wasn’t just discouraged — it was effectively impossible. The work culture suffered because of his need to micromanage and his inability to treat people with basic respect.
This is not a healthy workplace. It’s a place where employees endure constant pressure, disrespect, and instability. I strongly advise anyone considering a role here to think twice.
