Small community, small commute, work itself is rewarding, we get meals during meetings

Upper management is disrespectful, other directors have toxic relationships with one another, many people on staff call out or quit after a few months of employment - because of this management puts more work on departments without increase in pay, c suite refused to appreciate employees that do well in their job, favoritism is abudunent, so many HR issues that even HR employees quit, sexual harassment is very much tolerated here.
