The hospital is small enough to feel comfortable and yet large enough to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience in many different areas.

Cons

I live an hour and a half from the hospital but the commute is not near as bad as those coming and going in and out of LA

Pros

It’s close to home if you live in the area. The facility is very clean. Nice coworkers. Safe parking area. Sometimes incentives like tickets to local events.

Cons

Management, especially the upper management (CFO) and rehab department. Asking too much, providing little. Some of them will pass you in the hallway and not bother to look you in the face to say hello.
