Pros

Flexible work schedule. Administrator is great to work with.

Cons

Too much drama and gossip on the floors. More drama then any other company/hospital that I have ever worked for, makes it difficult to do your job. Pay is low, benefits are poor. No teamwork. Every department is an island. No one is willing to help anyone else, it's everyone for themselves.

Pros

It’s close to home if you live in the area. The facility is very clean. Nice coworkers. Safe parking area. Sometimes incentives like tickets to local events.

Cons

Management, especially the upper management (CFO) and rehab department. Asking too much, providing little. Some of them will pass you in the hallway and not bother to look you in the face to say hello.
