Pros
Great professional development program with monetary initiatives. You are encouraged to get additionally training and education in your area of specialty. The CCE staff's union is strong and helps aid in all Campus-wide staff support. There are good benefits for all employees, retirement and plenty of holidays. I am proud to have worked for such a supportive company
Cons
Limited discipline and replacement of when employees don't pull their weight in your department. This creates extra work and less time off for others who do a good job.
