Pros

It wasn't much of a stressful environment because most students were respectful & staff was reasonably flexible with choosing weekly schedule hours

Cons

I would say I wished there was more hands-on training on the actual math curriculum we tutored for. Not only training on how to serve a very diverse community, which was actually very informative & eye-opening. Though it did teach us how to become better tutors & individuals in general in serving students of all kinds of backgrounds.
