The company culture is great. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and it makes work fun. It's interesting to see how everything is made, and it teaches you about the manufacturing process in a way that school doesn't shed light on.

Due to the high detail involved in documenting the manufacturing process, some projects do not get completed during the internship program, simply because more time would be needed to collect that information.
