Management is horrible to work with and very unorganized. People hold positions they normally would not in a normal company. Who you know plays a big role at this company.
Good place to develop skills as an engineer. Requires being able to work with a team of engineers. Great stepping stone.
Cons
Many changes currently being made in ways to improve the company. Lots of good changes but just too many changes all at once that's its difficult to incorporate especially for the older employees that have been there a while.
