Pros

Christian based, humble owners, awsome leadership team. Benefits and pay is above average,they help you grow and learn at work and as a person. Nice to finally have a company that if your honest and work hard, you will get rewarded!

Cons

A very fast growing company, which is actually good. But in hiring many people to meet all the positions, it's hard to always find the right fits for each person. Some people only care about themselves and not the company.I believe it's called growing pains, but I have no doubt the leadership team is trying their best, and it will only get better.

Pros

Solar sales can be a very murky and riddled with hard selling and gimmicks. Paradise sells with integrity and conservatism that I really enjoy. Our customers know exactly what they are signing up for and I know we will take care of them for the long haul.

Cons

Paradise Energy only serves the mid-Atlantic region.
