      Pros

      Solar sales can be a very murky and riddled with hard selling and gimmicks. Paradise sells with integrity and conservatism that I really enjoy. Our customers know exactly what they are signing up for and I know we will take care of them for the long haul.

      Cons

      Paradise Energy only serves the mid-Atlantic region.

      -Excellent investment in employee growth (classes, certifications, etc.) despite minimal upward movement -Quarterly profit sharing and end of year bonus -Open communication with management, with acceptance of healthy conflict -Good Health/ Dental/ Vision insurance and HSA -Friendly working environment and excellent coworkers

      Cons

      -Deadlines can occasionally be unrealistic compared to workload (leads to not-mandatory-but-encouraged overtime) -PTO structure isn’t great at 1hr/week
