This is a remarkable organization to work for with great values, tremendous growth opportunities, and a genuine concern for our customers and employees. Paradise Energy Solutions has an outstanding reputation which gives you a sense of pride working for such an amazing team of driven individuals.

Cons

It is a fast paced environment in a sky-rocketing industry. The Company expects team members to be driven and to work hard. Those that do are handsomely rewarded, and those that don't move on to other pastures.

Pros

Solar sales can be a very murky and riddled with hard selling and gimmicks. Paradise sells with integrity and conservatism that I really enjoy. Our customers know exactly what they are signing up for and I know we will take care of them for the long haul.

Cons

Paradise Energy only serves the mid-Atlantic region.
