Pros

PES is a great company from top to bottom. This company operates day to day on its values and it shows. The company has great leadership, which isn't always easy to come by. The owners stay involved, but also allow their employees to take the reigns when necessary. They invest in their employees career as well as personally.

Cons

PES is a rapidly growing company in a growing industry. This can some times lead to growing pains, however that isn't always a bad thing. The leadership team does a great job of providing as much balance as possible.

Pros

Solar sales can be a very murky and riddled with hard selling and gimmicks. Paradise sells with integrity and conservatism that I really enjoy. Our customers know exactly what they are signing up for and I know we will take care of them for the long haul.

Cons

Paradise Energy only serves the mid-Atlantic region.
