Paradise Energy is a fun place to work. The Leadership Team and my co-workers encourage each other on a daily basis & accomplishments are regularly celebrated. Employees are given the responsibility to complete tasks without "micro-management" and are accountable to their tasks. Other companies talk of transparency but Paradise Energy actually demonstrates transparency by regularly updating the staff where we were, where we are, and where we are going.
