Compensation is very fair. Company communication on values and business plan are top notch! Integrity and honesty are of utmost importance.

Cons

Time commitment expected can at times exceed healthy balanced life. Strong culture that can preclude some from gaining leadership positions Less employer loyalty to employees than in some companies.

Pros

Solar sales can be a very murky and riddled with hard selling and gimmicks. Paradise sells with integrity and conservatism that I really enjoy. Our customers know exactly what they are signing up for and I know we will take care of them for the long haul.

Cons

Paradise Energy only serves the mid-Atlantic region.
