Pros

Many good and stand up co-workers.

Cons

Terrible commission structure w endless claw backs and ridiculous annual bonuses (which are actually 18 months) and used against last year's sales numbers. Best advice to incoming sales person, get as much money up front and find another job quickly.

Pros

Solar sales can be a very murky and riddled with hard selling and gimmicks. Paradise sells with integrity and conservatism that I really enjoy. Our customers know exactly what they are signing up for and I know we will take care of them for the long haul.

Cons

Paradise Energy only serves the mid-Atlantic region.
