Pros
Wonderful AEs and Trainers (especially the Southeast EE), great product, lots of fragrance and beauty hours, promotions from within, room for growth, part of LVMH.
Cons
Limited to 25 hours per week, many AE's won't allow you to work for multiple lines and if you do they will blacklist you, intense sales goals (They want a 40% increase over LY at times).
