No mobility (you have to leave to get any large salary increase), underpaid - essentially, this company culture and attitude toward talent is about 20 years behind the times. Internal politics takes up most of your time and stunts growth and progress for the company overall, not to mention makes impossible and frustrating to impact change and implement new ideas and strategies.
