Pros
Prestige, ability to work from home
Cons
Management is incredibly bad on multiple levels. First, the scheduling process is so unprofessional and inconsiderate that I thought it was a mistake at first. employees were given less than 24 hours notice of their schedules, in some cases requiring them to cancel the plans they had for the VERY NEXT DAY because they were told on a Friday that their schedule includes weekends. No acknowledgement of that whatsoever from management. Second, most of the supervisors I worked with don't respond to their emails, messages, etc. Third, the technical incompetence of some members of management is staggering - I had a supervisor dump a complex project on my team without providing us any of the resources we needed to execute it, and then completely stop responding to our messages. This is not a place you want to be working. Keep looking.
